Junior Infants have been settling in to Delgany National School, familiarising themselves with the school building and the many individuals who make up this special place. They have met new friends and kept old friends!

Old friends and new friends!

They have ‘buddied up’ with the sixth class pupils very successfully.

Buddy time!

They have studied, made and chased ‘Bubbles’ and painted baby owls after reading ‘Owl Babies’ by Martin Waddell. They were helped by their buddies to do potato print love hearts on their handprints having been inspired by the lovely story ‘The Kissing Hand’ by Audrey Penn.

It’s been a fun-filled, busy month!
