Delgany National School is very proud to be a Green School. Green Schools is an international environmental education programme, environmental management system and award scheme that promotes whole school action towards a sustainable environment.

We have been awarded 8 Green school flags!  The most recent theme explored the marine environment as a whole and looked at topics such as marine litter, climate change, pacific island nations and actions we can undertake to improve the marine environment.
